hi, my baby is 74 days old, shes at times puts her lower lip inwards and shows like chewing, is it sign of teething?? also shes having too much gas,after feeding while burping gas goes apart from that so many gas goes through down, is it normal ?any specific reason

A. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. kids usually tend to bite over lips, other toys and stuffs to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth
