Hi The picture maybe you have posted because you are saying like this is not visible to me so till that I am I do not know what kind of rash is there I will not be able to help you with it and generally if there are rashes on the body or face we say that you can go for Cetaphil lotion but in this case I am not aware about the kind of rashes so you consult your doctor
