to prepare ragi rab:
ingredients:
ragi - 2 tbsp quantity
ghee-1 tbsp quantity
jeggary - in very little quantity
1cup water
method:
take a small vessel ,add one cup of water ,and jeggary ,heat it for few seconds ,till the jeggary melt well and let it cool down . now heat the pan ,add ghee ,add ragi flour and roast it till nice aroma come from it ,then add the jeggary water and heat it for few seconds then serve it at room temperature.
