Hi my baby is 6.5 month old I am giving her apple milk, rice Cerelac and soji milk in night but she has constipation problem very hard and less poty what should I do ?

A. hi parent modify diet guve diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give lukewarm water to drink if the problem persists consult your doctor for proper examination and medication
