Hi my baby is 52 days old. I used to feed both breast milk and formula but doctor suggested to stop formula and only breast feed how do I know if my baby is full with only breast feed?
Also she doesn’t sleep in the evenings… she sleep while drinking milk and wakes up in 15-20 mins? And she doesn’t want to be fed when she wakes up. Is sleeping less is a sign she is hungry?

in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child isf proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
