Hi my baby is 4th month old, his head is two much hot, seems he has headache I have given him paracetamol drops for 0.5ml, but after sometimes still his head is hot. pls suggest me do I need to consult doc or suggest me any medication

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hi parent check the axiallry temperature if it's aboev 100 then good ve pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output give tepids water sponging

It need not necessarily be fever but the developing thermo regulatory system of your child is causing heat on the head side. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Maintain a good personal hygiene and make your baby wear comfortable clothing. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
