Hi,, my baby is 4 week old... baby weight is not increasing.... she is on breastfeed...

A. hello dear Mom the weight of the child increased by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breastfed baby for the initial 6 months of age at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast
