Hi,.my baby is 4 months old .her weight is 5.3kg. but she is not gaining more than 600 mg weight per month..she is on syp.calcimax p,soferi drops,vit.b3 drops..should I give her multivitamin drops to increase weight..

A. well this is ok and you do not need anything robudt fir that. carry on with th feeding and tahe opinion iof the doctor who is seeing tgechild gir c vaccine
