Q.

Hi, my baby is 3 year 2 months. first time flu vaccine then gave 2 doses in the year of 2019. but this year only they gave only one dose. please suggest me one dose is enough or shall I go for 2nd dose.

A. Vaccination for children can be considered in the current situation as the cases of covid are less to some extent . In such condition most important Vaccination should be given on priority which your doctor will decide. Influenza vaccine should be given to children above 6 months of age in this season if not given to avovjid unnecessary hospitalisation and other risk factors because of flu infection
