in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

That’s probably due to irritation or itching into the scalp due to cradle caps it’s very normal to be seen but yes you have to get rid of it otherwise it is going to trouble your child to try to oil shampoo and brush the hair regularly as it is going to scrape out on its own only only but you just have to keep trying
