Hi, my baby is 3 and a half months old. She's been only on breastfeeding. She's been pooping watery 3 times a day. Is this okay? Today, she had pooped thrice already. I'm terribly worried. What should i do to help her?

A. dear stool pattern of baby may change some baby may pass stool after every feed if consistency of stool is not runny like loose motion, baby is active playfull, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours do not worry
