Hi, my baby is 29 days old and she is on breast feed completely. She is not burping after feed. I tried sitting and position and even lap position for burping. But of no use. She is sometimes suddenly chokes in between sleep which is very worrysome. Kindly help. Also let me know if any further issues due to this.

A. yeit is fine fir. Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.
