hi my baby is 28month old recently she ws having teeth eruption 11 days she cant eat anything but now she is okay but yesterday she fall frm bed and her upper incisor gums loose and mild bleeding comes.bleeding ws also during teeth eruption.now I cant do her brushing if i check frm finger inside its loose so how many days it will attach and further what will I do

It wil not get fixed now..
It will fall and the permanent tooth will come with time.
Also consult with your paediatric dentist as he will guide you better after the proper evaluation
