Hi my baby is 23 months from one week she is not eating anything please suggest me any syrup for hunger she is not even asking for food she became so thin lost weight also reply me fast please

Also thereis nothing to be worried about if your child is active and playful. Give her more of fruits so that it helps in building taste buds.
