Hi My baby is 22 months old and he is not eating the food every time he just spit it out... but if I give some sweet food he loves to eat but this makes him hyper active... please suggest me how to give him the food and what to give?

A. Namaste Mom, Kids in general do have a liking to certain taste hence try to now give him all family foods, but limit his sweet intake as well, intially just a small portion of it can be given , but not with every meal. Try to add in variety and flavours to their diet, make him sit along while you are eating , offer food from your plate
