Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and othber activities at least one hour before sleep also make theh room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

So Can be a possibility that your child is a light sleeper put earplugs when you put your child to sleep maybe that is going to help your child sleep better not going to happen you should get a check with your paediatrician because it’s not good that your child does not sleep well from that time of birth it needs to get checked
