Q.

hi, my baby is 2 months 10 days old. my milk production is low. can i use lactare tablets to increase milk supply. pls suggest me. or any other tablets can i use?

A. Fenugreek capsules are good you can try them but I’m not sure whether your lactation is going to increase with these medicines or not because there is a wide variety of medicine available if you want you can consult your own doctor also otherwise you can go with this if they help in increasing your lactation it’s very well otherwise formula feeding is a right option for you
