hi, my baby is 2.5 months old, give pcv1 on the 4th of Feb, I see a lump formed now at the place where injection was given which is red in colour, am continuously apply ice since the next day if the shot 2 to 3 tomes a day, he cries when we touch the lump doctor suggested to use thrombophob is it safe to use, will the lump be resolved? am very much concerned about it please help, I have attached the image of the lump in his thigh

A. yeah sure it is completely normal so there is nothing to worry about at all and yes you can apply the ointment thrombophob on it also you can apply ice pack and you can then rub warm coconut oil on it within few days it will get better
