Hi, my baby is 18 months old and fever after vaccine. we have given paracetamol 2.5 ml twice with 6 hours gap still not reduced. can we give in more frequent or extra dose?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he has received his vaccinations injection and he has a fever so give him plenty of water and fruits and syrup ibuprofen paracetamol 5 ml at every 6/8 hours sos
