Hi, My baby is 174 Days old. she is on breastfeed and Rice cereal ( One time per day). She didn't poop for past 4Days. Let me know what to do ?

A. the regular consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid do not worry about the frequency but if it is hard and dry stool then kindly see which type of diet might be causing such a problem
