hi my baby is 15 months old from yesterday he is having fever 100 and sometimes it's 102 and I have given him paracetamol syrup within 6 hrs and when I am giving him syrup the temperature is normal and after 3 hrs he is getting high temperature and he is not having anything except my milk please suggest me

A. Hello..give pcm as per prescribed dose . it can be given in 4 to 6 hi it's gap. Give tepid sponging..Always use room temperature water/tap water..not cool, because shivering can actually raise your baby's temperature rather than help bring it down. The child should also be encouraged to drink fluids to replace those lost through sweating.
