Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part r of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needsf treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Wikoryl Can we give it to the child twice a day for three days and other than that also you can put a mustard pillow under the head of your child because once the head is going to be an elevated position the child would be able to breathe properly and in a better manner for sure
