hi my baby is 15 days old n I have been through c section and sterilization can I take cumin powder mixed water every day in the morning to increase milk supply?

Yes you can take as it will gelpin emhancibgthe milk flow and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water and take your supplements regularly for 3 months after delivery and adequate sleep is must and rest is important for faster recovery

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes dear u can also Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
