hi my baby is 13 month old she has bluish spot on eye is this normal ?

A. Has it been there from the time of birth or it just happened lately because a lot of kids have Mongolian spots a little within the eyes also soap associated with that and if not then consult an ophthalmologist they can advise you correctly
