hi my baby is 13 mnth old she isnt take top feed she Is still on breastfeed n she love to eat plain roti n plain rice she doesn't like any veggie n dal n any dairy product .her weight is 8.1kg

A. Hi mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
