hi...my baby is 11weeks old...he is passing motion almost 3-4 times a day...it is like little watery...n semisolid...is it something to worry

A. hi no mostly it is normal I mean,as far as your child is taking feeds and sleep well,gains enough weight, showing no discomfort then no need to worry
