Hi my baby is 11 months old . I don’t change baby’s diaper overnight because it may disturb baby’s sleep.

Many parents use high-absorbency diapers at night to avoid disturbing the baby’s sleep. However, if the diaper is heavily soiled or the baby has sensitive skin, it’s better to change it once during the night to prevent rashes or discomfort. Always apply a diaper rash cream before bedtime to protect the skin.
