Hi my baby is 10 months n 20 days old since day before yesterday I am nothing redness in the corner of his left eye and white thin line on outer side of his pupil ... which eye drop shall I use?

sorry but , without examining your child it is hard to say anything.
please consult your pediatrician as he or she can give proper guidance and needed medicines after examining your child.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
don't apply kajal or anything
Maintain good hygiene
