Hi my baby is 1 year old .. all of a sudden she had vomiting 2 days ago.. from the next day she is passing motion frothy and very watery and has very bad smell.. not eating any food and has nausea.. what could be the reason .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is having any kind of vomiting there may be some stomach infection it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
