hi my baby is 1 year 3 months old..she is not eating a single meal..is there any syrup to increase her appetite?

Appetite syrup are available but they are not a solution to the problem you have to check with your doctor to know and understand whether the problem is lying why your child is not eating accordingly they can guide you with some supplements to follow for your child
