hi, my baby is 1 month 3 days old.She is on breast feed. in first month, she was pooping properly 2 to 4 times in a day. but from last 2 days it's not happening. only once she passed motion yesterday night, that too very small quantity. she is crying while passing the motion. whenever she passed gas, it smells badly. what is the problem? how to solve ?

A. neopeptine drops in the baby hBabies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
