Hi, my baby is 1 month 21 days old. She is detected with DDH (Developmental dysplasia of the hip) during a hip scan and doctor has suggested for pavlik harness for 2 weeks. We are really concerned about it. Is it required or there is a chance it will cure itself. kindly suggest.

A. it need to be corrected .Child specialist should be consulted for same regarding the physical examination for the baby and no any self treatment should be provided to the kid for same as may be harm full .
