hi .. My baby has small tooth like white projections on the gums ..is it tooth ..or is it harmful

A. helllo it will require q proper ohysical examination n is better to check with yiir paediatric dentist n she will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better n qlso safe too n nothing to worry

There is pus still on the gums and he is on anti biotic. Should i get the tooth removed or root canal is a better option??
