Hi my baby has not pooped for the last 6 days.its cause of concern..plz suggest

A. hi parent yes it is cause of concern please consult your doctor or pediatrician keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 give her Tomato soup
