Q.
Hi..My baby has 21 months old and she is suffering with high fever.ib. i have given paracetamol and mefenamic acid suspension as suggested by doctor but giving this medicine after 4 hours again got fever.so can I give again this medicine after 4 to 5 hours?please suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. after six hours only. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
