hi. my baby had urine infection and was treated with iv and oral antibiotics. report was normal after that. but his pee count is around 25 in a day. what could be the reason.

A. once the infection is controlled naturally the pee count ok will also be coming down you still it is more frequent probably you have to get the culture of the urine to know the infection

A. Treatment for UTI include antibiotics, giving your child lots of fluids, and acetaminophen or ibuprofen to reduce pain or fever. To prevent UTI in babies and children do not wash the genital area with soap, do not use bubble bath and give your child plenty of liquids.
