passing gas maybe colic issue.. try tummy time and do massage around the navel area/ stomach.. for cold you can try baby vicks.. while feeding try to get her close to you.. air may go inside while drinking milk which forms the gas to babies don't worry

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and  if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion  it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be assocfiated symptoms like coughh and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
