hi..my baby girl 2yeaes 9 months is not eating sufficient.as her weight is 14.5 since 1 year.what to do.minute fluctuations.

A. The Child’s weight is absolutely good but yes if it has not been there for one year it has been stagnant for a really long time then that’s mostly due to iron and multivitamin deficiency in the body you need to get it work with your doctor
