Hi My baby Advaitha 18 months old now and still teeth is not developing speedy only front teeth up and bottom 4 teeth developed So we are thinking due to any issue teeth not developing speedy We have seen other babies with same age they grown up with good teeth percentage Kindly suggest us please if we need to consult a doctor

A. hello mam do not worry about this it is a natural process it varies for each and every you can wait till the age of 2.5 to 3 years for all the 20 milk e teeth to come in the mouth of the baby
