Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so you should calculate according to that. You should give at least four meals in a day to your baby and you can start giving banana shake every morning it will help in increasing babies weight
