Hi my baby 1 year old not eating solid food completely denying at the time of feed and his stool is smelly sour

A. Hello mom that clear indicates tummy issue please don’t force her to eat if she is not willing to , offer her Curd or curd rice , buttermilk , Lemon water, fresh fruits and vegetable soups etc and easy to digest foods only
