hi my age is 25 years and I have 4.5 years kid , I have a hairfall problem recently and u can see my hair pics ,plz tell me the problem is?

A. hi usually it happens because of nutritional deficiencies and stress so please avoid taking stress maintain healthy life style take healthy diet, especially antioxidants rich fruits like apple, pomegranate, Amala, strawberry etc more apply coconut oil daily on your hair use mixture of warm coconut oil and two drops of rosemary oil twice in a week which help to prevent it
