Q.
hi...my 7 month old had a fall from bed 2 days back. he cried and then went back to his normal self had a spit up 15 min after fall....no external injury or discharge or blood from any where...but spit up occuring everyday once...once having fruits and once having solid food no vomit after milk feeds...vomit is not projectile

A lot of times kids have vomiting issues due to indigestion also but spit ups are also common in this age but in case of any doubt take an assessment with your doctor because I will agree that there is no projectile vomiting which is a good sign but still if this ups are happening and if they are bothering you then consult your doctor otherwise it’s totally alright
