Hi, my 5 year old son has no iron jn his body..Doctor prescribed Maltofer 6ML every day, which is not working for my son, he is still low in iron, only one point gonr up after 3 minth supplement. Can you please advise something

A. Namaste Mom, Have you taken second opionion , in case to change the dosage of the supplement as such , does he have any underlying health concern related to it as such?
