Hi my 5 months old lo is touching his tongue frequently to the upper lips and getting irritated..is it a sign of a teething?

A. Sometimes it could be an issue on the tip of the tongue also that troubling your child and a lot of times it can happen when the child is having its teeth but without a physical assessment since we cannot be sure about it I would advise you to check the gums of your child for better clarity
