Q.
hi.. my 5 months old baby is urinating only 5 times a day . is that any problem?... before that she urinate frequently.. bt for past 10 days she s urinating 5 times a day...

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. If there is a drastic reduction in urine output means that the baby is either dehydrated or not having enough milk.
Look for the signs of dehydration in the baby

Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
