hi my 5 months old baby is born 3 kgs weight but still she's not incur the weight what should take syrups drops food for her

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, what is your baby's current weight? if your baby has been gaining at least 500 grams per month and is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
