Q.

Hi my 3 year old not feel like to eat all day while eating she feels like to vomit many times but she is very active, she was not at all showing interest on any food please can anyone help me out

A. hi kids can have such problem when they have indigestion, worm Infection, nutritional deficiencies or because of stress too so please check all the reasons give variation in your child diet and give enough time to accept new food items, sometimes kids take 15 days or more to accept New food items so please keep patience
