Hi my 3 month old kid is doing thin potty for almost 5-6 times in a day and does fart as well. Is this normal, only mother milk is provided to him

A. if you're giving exclusively mother feeding to the baby first six months of age the chances of infection a baby having will be no need to worry about the loose motions baby is having
