hi my 1 year 4 month old child have a mild fever like he have temp 99.7 (armpit). from 2 days ii gave paracetamol syrup on today mrng he have hot in his forehead but his hand and leg is in normal temp... i checked again his temp its very for every check... what I can do now?? pls suggest me some tips,... is i worry for this fever?

Don’t worry normal viral also sometimes take 3 to 5 days to recover so give calpol drops to the child on regular intervals and keep the baby hydrated by giving plenty of liquids and fruits and light and easily digestible foods and don’t panic

now also he have 99.9 temp in his armpit.... from the mrng to i not. give medicine shall continue to give paracetamol?? otherwise he is normal and active only ... how i know the reason of the fever

hello you can give paracetamol for one more day and since it is a low grade fever you can wait and see for a day and if still the fever is there then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
